At all Southern Xtreme Paintball events cash only. If processing is available at the event we may process your credit card, there is an additional charge of 5% to cover event staff processing fees. For the purposes of this form/waiver South Eastern General Services, Inc. parent company and owner of Southern Xtreme Paintball, Inc. will be titled (SXP). Everything stated in this waiver is to cover both South Eastern General Services, Inc and SXP. All SXP events and registration are non refundable, we will credit your money to a future event but we will not refund your money. . The only time we will refund your money is if we cancel an event before the scheduled event date, and do not reschedule one. Then you will receive a full refund within 7 days. Weather and other un controllable circumstances may arise during the event that may cause a delay or to shut down the event, in this case SXP will offer some form of credit towards the next event, there will be no refunds. All SXP events are field paint only, no exceptions, you may bring paint from a prior SXP event. If you are caught with any other non event paint you will be required to leave the event without a refund also when entering the event you are subject to search and any unauthorized items including but not limited to paintballs may be confiscated and will not be returned. SXP will issue you and event id for each event you must have this on at all times during the event. If you lose your id a replacement will be the cost of entry into that event. Camping is allowed at most SXP events if not it will be posted on the event website no camping. When camping no hook ups are available, no campfires, no alcohol or drugs, no pets. All Spectators, Players, Vendors, Guest must sign this form and a waiver, they also must have a pair of ASTM Approved Full face and ear protection GOGGLES. All players must review the SXP game event rules, and also be familiar with the General Scenario Rules of Play found at www.scenariopaintball.com, and everyone must attend the mandatory players meeting. RELEASE, WAIVER AND INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENT (ADULT/MINOR) In order to participate in these activities, I the undersigned agree and acknowledge that: there is a risk of injury, including a potential for permanent disability or death resulting from participation in these activities or from the equipment involved, and I freely assume all such risks both known and unknown and assume full responsibility for my participation. I, The Below Signed for myself, or as parent or guardian for the below stated minor, my heirs and personal representatives, hereby assume all liabilities, risks, injuries, and hazards to myself incidental to, or as a result of, participation in the (SXP) South Eastern General Services, Inc. the parent company of Southern Xtreme Paintball, Inc. including transportation to and from the said activity. I do hereby waive, release and agree to indemnify and hold harmless the following, which will also be listed throughout this waiver as owners/organizers ; (SXP) Southern Xtreme Paintball, Inc., Promoters, Event staff, affiliates, event location property owner(s), operators. And that I hold all those stated harmless of any claim, demand, liability, costs, suits, charges or compensation for loss or injury of any kind. Any injury, including losses or injuries arising from the negligence of the above stated (owners/organizers) ,arising from my participation in the said paintball activity. I assume all risk of injury, liability, and loss arising from my participation or presence at said event. I acknowledge that the (SXP) Southern Xtreme Paintball, Inc. (owners/organizers) will not assume any costs relating to any injury while I am Involved in this activity. I also agree that I have obtained personal injury and property liability coverage to protect myself and or my minor child in the case of any liability claim arising from mine or my minor child's participation in this and any events I attend held by (SXP) Southern Xtreme Paintball, This Waiver, Release and Hold Harmless/indemnification Agreement is in consideration of the (owners/organizers) permitting my participation in this event, I freely and voluntarily assume all risk of loss or injury arising from my participation in the activity weather due to my negligence, or the negligence or intentional acts of others. I acknowledge that, absent this release and indemnification, of all parties said stated above, of the activity would not have offered me the access to the activity because of unacceptable exposure to civil liability claims, or the expense of providing a program that is risk-free. I have read and understood this document and sign it freely and knowingly, intending that it shall be fully operative and effective in all respects and that it waives legal rights to which I might otherwise be entitled if I am hurt or suffer loss during my participation in this event. Admission into this event, constitutes consent to use, without restriction, reproductions of your likeness, whether by photograph, video, film or otherwise, for commercial and noncommercial purposes, including but not limited to publication in magazines, video, movies and internet web sites. By signing this form, I hereby state that I have read the rules provided and will abide by them as well as help others to abide by them. I will conduct myself in a sportsmanlike manner and play fair and honest at all times. By signing this form I further state that if paying (SXP) through Credit Card or Pay Pal For this event that I have received my entry, paint, air, meal and all other items ordered and paid for through my credit card or pay pal transaction, that I will not dispute such payment with my credit card company or pay pal after said event. I Also agree that I have read the I understand form and I understand that if I do not follow the rules I may be ejected from the event. YOU MUST CAREFULLY READ THIS DOCUMENT BEFORE SIGNING IT. YOU ARE WAIVING OR RELEASING VALUABLE LEGAL RIGHTS. YOU ARE ADVISED TO SEEK THE ADVICE OF AN ATTORNEY IF YOU DO NOT FULLY UNDERSTAND THIS DOCUMENT.
